**Key Sales Position Available**
We are looking for an experienced sales professional to fill a key role in our organization.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Obtaining design specifications from architects and specifiers
* Developing new business with key project accounts in the area
* Creating short- and long-term sales plans to penetrate architectural and design firms
* Executing sales plans within agreed-upon timelines
**Responsibilities Include:**
• Developing strategic relationships with architects, designers, and targeted organizations.
• Creating and executing sales plans that meet or exceed sales targets.
• Maintaining accurate records of sales activity, including customer interactions, product placements, and project details.
• Managing the sales development of surfacing products.
• Representing the company at local chapter events and promoting products to the community.
• Coordinating sales implementation programs, including updating sales collateral, product technical data, and samples.
• Managing sales budgets and maintaining discipline to stay within assigned sales and expense budgets.
