What You'll Be Doing

Sales & Business Growth

* Develop and execute outbound sales campaigns to attract new B2B and B2C investors.
* Manage inbound leads, responding to inquiries across calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
* Take ownership of the full sales cycle, from initial contact and platform demonstrations to onboarding and securing investments.
* Build long-term client relationships, ensuring continued investment growth.

Networking & Events

* Attend top-tier finance, wealth management, and crypto industry events to build ICONOMI's presence.
* Represent ICONOMI as an attendee at general B2B events, actively engaging with investors.
* Identify new event opportunities and develop strategies to leverage them for business growth.
* Support and promote ICONOMI's own investor events, expanding our reach and influence.
* This role requires the ability to travel to various locations across the UK to feature and network at business conferences and seminars.

Market Expertise & Client Consultation

* Stay ahead of the latest trends in digital assets, crypto regulations, and market opportunities.
* Educate and consult clients on the benefits of investing through ICONOMI.
* Provide valuable feedback to our product and marketing teams to enhance the platform.

We Are Looking For

* A natural networker - you thrive in face-to-face environments and enjoy meeting new people.
* A confident communicator - you can engage clients, present ideas, and represent ICONOMI at industry events.
* A sales-driven professional - experience in B2B/B2C sales, financial services, or investment solutions is a plus.
* A proven performer - you have a track record of exceeding sales targets, driving revenue growth, and consistently outperforming KPIs in previous roles.
* A crypto enthusiast - knowledge of digital assets, blockchain, or investment platforms is highly beneficial.
