Job Summary
The Data Center Global Services organization is looking for a leader with proven leadership skills to help bring a newly developed Facilities Operations Center to fruition. This team will ensure the optimal customer experience through consistency, reliability, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
* Monitor the global data center Amazon facilities infrastructure platform
* Serve as a Point of Contact for internal and external teams
* Assist with the development of communication and escalation protocols to improve team performance
* Contribute to outage post mortem analysis
* Ensure records are updated in a timely manner
* Assist with coordination and communication during emergency recovery efforts
* Develop tools to enhance team performance
