About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Care Manager to join our team. As a Senior Care Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Your primary responsibility will be to manage and lead a team of care professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of excellent care to our clients.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in a senior management role, preferably in the social care sector.
You will be responsible for:

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Level 7 or 8 qualification in Social Care or equivalent

* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
