We are partnering with a well-established, Irish-owned business that supplies products and solutions to a broad customer base across commercial and consumer markets nationwide.
This is a hands‑on, commercially focused leadership role at the centre of the business.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will take ownership of the finance function while also acting as a key strategic partner to the wider leadership team. You will be heavily involved in decision‑making, planning, and driving overall business performance.

You will:
Lead the preparation of monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet and board reporting
Deliver cashflow forecasting, margin analysis and commercial insight to support decision‑making
Own the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring strong cost control and commercial focus
Partner with senior leadership on financial modelling and strategic planning
Manage audit, banking relationships, payroll and statutory compliance
Drive improvements across systems, reporting and processes to support scalability
Lead and develop a small finance team
Contribute at board level, supporting commercial strategy and business growth initiatives
Experience:
Experience in a hands‑on finance leadership role within a growing business
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence decision‑making
Experience managing external stakeholders such as auditors and banks
Proactive, driven and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
