Job Title: Conflict AnalystA large law firm based in Dublin 2 is seeking a Conflict Analyst to join its Risk and Partnership Affairs team.
This is a new position, created to support the firm's Risk Department.
You will report to both the Senior Risk and Professional Standards Lawyer and the Senior Business Acceptance Manager.
The successful candidate will join a team of 6, with clear opportunities for progression and professional development.
Salary: €34,000 per annum

About the RoleIn this role, you will:
Conduct conflict searches and analyze resultsEnsure compliance with professional standards and regulatory requirementsMonitor changes in regulations and industry standardsReview whether updates to existing mandates introduce conflict or compliance issuesLiaise with partners and lawyers to resolve conflicts arising from scope changesSupport firm-wide training on conflicts, compliance policies, and information barriersMaintain accurate records and manage related administrationProvide reports and regular updates on assigned tasksPerform database searches to meet regulatory obligationsSupport ad hoc duties and relevant projects as neededAbout YouHighly numerate with strong attention to detailComfortable using systems and technology in a fast-paced environmentAble to work independently and as part of a teamCapable of managing high volumes of work accurately under pressureStrong communication and client service skillsIdeally educated to degree level (or equivalent experience/training)Experience with Intapp or similar onboarding/compliance tools (desirable)Proficient in Microsoft Excel (essential)If you're looking to build a career in legal compliance and risk with a leading Dublin firm, this is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team in a forward-thinking and supportive environment.
