About the Role
We’re looking for a Project Manager to play a key role in onboarding new clients and delivering successful marketplace and webstore launches.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Client Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end onboarding process from kick-off through to go-live.
* Marketplace & Store Launches: Coordinate new launches across multiple marketplaces, branded webstores, and other key platforms.
* System Integrations: Oversee integrations with ERP, OMS, CMS and payment systems, working closely with technical teams.
* Client Communication: Act as the main point of contact during onboarding, providing clear updates and managing expectations.
* Project Coordination: Maintain project plans, track milestones, flag risks early, and resolve blockers quickly.
* Cross-Functional Management: Drive seamless communication between engineering, sales, account management, operations, customer service, and finance teams.
* Handover: Ensure smooth transition of clients to the account management team post-launch.
* Scalable Processes: Develop and implement scalable project management frameworks with reusability at their core.
* Continuous Improvement: Conduct cost analyses, execute project reviews, and enhance processes to optimize efficiency.
Requirements
* Experience: 2-4 years as a client-facing Project Manager managing complex eCommerce or technical projects.
* Project Expertise: Qualification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, Prince) and experience handling multiple simultaneous projects.
* Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on relationship building.
* Technical Proficiency: Advanced MS Office skills, confident in Project Plan tools, familiarity with API’s, integrations and a strong technical aptitude.
* eCommerce Knowledge: Hands‑on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, Magento, or other platforms is advantageous.
* Education: MSc, or equivalent qualification.
