Cybersecurity Governance Analyst – Utilities / Critical Infrastructure
We are working with a leading Irish utilities organisation to hire a Cybersecurity Governance Analyst to support their Generation & Trading environment. This role sits at the intersection of cybersecurity, risk, compliance, and operational technology, with a strong focus on regulatory alignment and practical security outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Support cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance activities aligned to the NIS Directive
Monitor compliance with security policies and standards, reporting findings and recommendations to stakeholders
Conduct cyber risk assessments, track remediation actions, and support continuous improvement initiatives
Prepare and maintain documentation for audits, regulators, and internal assurance activities
Collaborate with OT, IT, vendors, and business teams to embed security controls across generation assets
Key Requirements
5+ years’ experience in cybersecurity, with strong exposure to governance, risk, or compliance
Knowledge of regulatory and security frameworks such as NIS/NIS2, ISO 27001, and NIST
Strong documentation, reporting, and stakeholder engagement skills
