Head of Global Product – Advisory

We are seeking an experienced, execution‑focused leader to drive the implementation of our product strategy for the Advisory service line. This role will oversee the development, prototyping, and launch of AI‑enabled solutions that enhance advisory services globally, leading distributed teams across multiple markets and ensuring operational excellence and measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
Execute the global product strategy for Advisory, aligning with business objectives and market needs.
Shape and communicate the product vision and roadmap, collaborating with Tax practice and Technology organization.
Lead use‑case development and requirements gathering for Advisory products.
Build relationships with Advisory leaders, Technology leaders, and key corporate stakeholders (Risk, Legal, Compliance, Finance, HR, Operations).
Partner with the Head of Product Innovation and the innovation engineering team on prototyping and MVP development.
Collaborate with the Technology Transformation group on change management, adoption of new products, and allocation of product investments.
Build and scale product capabilities across international delivery centers.
Standardize processes and governance to ensure consistency and quality across regions.
Leverage data, automation, and AI to drive efficiency and innovation in advisory service delivery.
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and technical excellence within global teams.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and track KPIs, using customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Engage with industry forums and peer product leaders to stay current with trends.
Communicate product vision, progress, and impact to executive leadership and stakeholders.
Qualifications
10+ years in product management or product development with significant exposure to advisory services in a professional services environment.
Strong experience in professional services advisory practices (CFO Advisory, Business Consulting, Risk Advisory, Technology Modernization, Transaction Advisory).
Deep understanding of advisory frameworks, industry standards, and best practices enabled by technology.
Proven ability to collaborate with advisory leadership to identify product‑driven innovation opportunities.
Experience leading global, cross‑functional teams and delivering large‑scale products.
Understanding of advisory processes, regulatory requirements, and technology trends (AI, automation, data platforms).
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Experience with global delivery centers highly valued.
Preferred Experience
Experience at a Big 4 or major professional services firm.
Familiarity with Agile and Lean methodologies.
Experience with cloud‑based data platforms and workflow automation tools.
Knowledge of regulatory environments across regions (e.g., GDPR, SOX, SEC, AML).
Multilingual or experience working in multilingual environments.
