Within AXA Partners, CLP (Credit and Life Protection) is an organization whose clients are located in more than 20 countries. Its mission is to serve our business partners while safeguarding the finances of our end customers and protecting their families. As part of CLP's strategic plan, whose main focus is to reconnect with growth, the CLP Business Unit has established a Transformation Department with a multifaceted mandate. Amongst others: Performance Measurement and Reporting by tracking progress, measuring the impact of transformation initiatives, and providing regular reports to senior leadership (e.g., AP ExCom, CLP CODIR).
What you'll be doing:
The role involves monitoring all transformation metrics to track its progress and success
* Establishes KPIs and success metrics for all strategic initiatives within all transformation pillars
* Develops dashboards and reports for tracking progress of the transformation
* Support Head of Transformation in coordinating the production of the CLP Strategic Transformation reporting (e.g. Strategic Transformation Steerco / AP ExCom Transformation reviews)
* Analyzes data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities (e.g. Transformation KPIs, PULSE surveys, Triage log document, other) and coordinate with Competitiveness officer to find new transformation initiatives
* Communicates progress to the program manager and leadership

* Strategic thinking to support transformation initiatives and identify opportunities.
