Job Title: HR Executive
We are seeking an experienced HR Executive to join our team at CPL. This is a permanent role, offering hybrid working with 2 days' work from home.
Responsibilities:
* Manage new joiners and induction processes effectively
* Schedule, promote, coordinate, monitor, evaluate, and report on training initiatives in support of Learning & Development (L&D) goals
* Manage the probation review process for all new joiners, ensuring timely completion and documentation
* Manage the learning mailbox, communicate with stakeholders and suppliers, and provide excellent customer service
* Assist the OD Executive with preparing and executing Employee Surveys, driving engagement and insights
* Support the Graduate Programme Lead with event planning and coordination
* Play an active role in graduate recruitment, including assessment centre coordination
* Support the implementation and rollout of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Talent Management Systems (TMS)
* Provide ad-hoc HR support as required, demonstrating flexibility and proactivity
Requirements:
* 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role
* Full clean driving license, with ability to travel as required
* Relevant Third-level Degree qualification or equivalent business experience
* Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
* Able to work well under pressure, independently, and on own initiative
