🔧 What You’ll Be Doing
As an HR Advisor, you’ll be the go-to for all things people-related. You’ll work closely with managers and employees to deliver top-tier HR support across:
* Employee Relations: Be a trusted advisor on disciplinary, grievance, and performance matters.
* Recruitment & Onboarding: Help us find and welcome the best talent.
* Performance & Development: Drive growth through performance reviews and training initiatives.
* HR Policy & Compliance: Keep us aligned with the latest legislation and best practices.
* Absence & Leave Management: Support wellbeing through effective absence tracking and return-to-work processes.
* HR Administration: Keep our records sharp and support payroll and audits.
* Fleet Management: Oversee our company vehicles in line with policy.
🧠 What You Bring
* CIPD – NFG Level 7 or equivalent experience.
* Solid knowledge of Irish employment law and knowledge on health & safety legislation.
* Proven experience in a generalist HR role.
* Excellent communication, discretion, and interpersonal skills.
🌟 Bonus Points For
* Experience in the HVAC industry.
* Familiarity with HR Locker or iTrent HR systems.
* Training in coaching or mediation.
