Business Analysis Lead

* The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of business objectives within agile teams, driving solutions across the portfolio, and collaborating with stakeholders to define and refine user stories and acceptance criteria.
* This role requires strong analytical, critical thinking, and strategic problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
* The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership in business analysis, with experience working in Agile environments and a strong understanding of Agile methodologies, backlog management, and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
* To drive story decomposition, process mapping, and advanced requirement elicitation, while partnering with UX and architecture teams to deliver exceptional user experiences and scalable solutions.
* To mentor and coach Business Analysts, fostering growth and continuous improvement in analysis practices and tools.
* To maintain ALM tools and provide clear progress updates during stand-ups and stakeholder sessions.
Requirements:
* A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
* 6+ years in Agile environments with proven leadership in business analysis.
* Salesforce/MuleSoft experience a distinct advantage.
* Strong analytical, critical thinking, and strategic problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
* Expertise in Agile methodologies, backlog management, and process optimization.
* Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members.
