Industrial Relations Business Partner, EMEA
Meta is looking for a dynamic, flexible, team player to serve as an Industrial Relations Business Partner.
This position will be responsible for EMEA-wide industrial relations support.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain positive relationships with works councils, unions and other employee/labour representatives
Engage and support cross-functional partners and business leaders on industrial relations matters
Devise and implement industrial relations strategies in alignment with legal partners and business objectives
Support industrial relations compliance needs
Execute operational tasks related to industrial agreements and local legislation
Lead specific industrial relations projects
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum 5+ years of relevant employee relations experience, with industrial relations experience preferred
Willingness to provide industrial relations support across EMEA
Self-motivated with the ability to move fast and learn quickly, adept at handling complex issues without clear solutions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to partner effectively with cross-functional teams to provide practical guidance and bring strategic and scalable solutions
Willingness to work extended hours when necessary to connect with colleagues from other regions and be flexible to travel globally
