- ensuring income growth, compliance, and a culture of safety and customer excellence.You'll spend most your time (70% Field / 30% Branch Oversight) in the field engaging key customers and developing business opportunities, while also ensuring the Cork branch operates safely, efficiently, and to the highest company standards.Key Responsibilities Revenue & Growth: Drive income generation and ensure the branch meets or exceeds all revenue targets.Client Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with key customers through regular site visits, ensuring customer satisfaction and business development.Health & Safety Leadership: Act as the branch's lead advocate for Health & Safety
