Job Title: Operations Team Member (12 week Fixed Term Contract - Summer Cover)
We have a 12 week Fixed Term Contract - Summer Cover position available within the Operations team at AXA Partners CLP. The successful candidate will work closely with our Partners and Operations teams in Europe and Latin America.
The individual will analyse and process partner data in an accurate and timely manner, ensuring always to put the end customer at the centre of decision making. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the business is a key requirement.
Key Responsibilities
* End to end processing of partner data including manipulation and preparation of files. Carrying out file reconciliation and investigating when discrepancies arise.
* Management of monthly workflow and priorities to ensure that all SLAs are met.
* Work with local teams to ensure that all relevant data is received from our clients within our accepted timelines and highlight any exceptions.
* Presentation of regular updates to our key stakeholders and participation in reporting obligations when necessary.
* Contribution to the formulation and delivery of resolutions to support issues and taking preventative steps to avoid recurrence of known issues and potential oversights e.g. dealing with Underwriting referrals, reviewing data rejections and providing feedback to clients/IT functions for best practice going forward.
* Adherence to and completion of all regular team controls.
* Creation and maintenance of process documentation within best practice guidelines.
* Ensuring that quality feedback is actioned on a timely basis, minimising any customer impact.
* Participation in continuous improvement initiatives and collaboration with the wider Operations team to implement improvements and provide feedback.
* Provision of SME support to the implementation and onboarding of new deals.
* From time to time working with IT process owners to ensure delivery of new development and production support tasks and projects, completing any relevant testing as required & providing feedback on solution design.
* Support of the overall Operations function, as required.
Your Profile
Skills and Experience
* Solutions orientated, with a pragmatic approach to problem solving with the ability to analyse complex data issues and develop a pathway to logical resolution.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (intermediate).
* Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise.
* Ability to work well with others and independently.
* Self-motivated, with the ability to work well under pressure on multiple priorities and to critical deadlines.
* Experience of life and non-life products, especially in Credit & Lifestyle protection (not essential).
* Strong Attention to detail.
* Minimum, Leaving Certificate (or equivalent) achieved.
