Your new roleYour new role will be to provide an excellent level of customer service over the phone and to assist and provide solutions to any issue which may arise by taking the appropriate action and ensuring that every customer's experience on the phone is as streamlined and efficient as possible.You will receive extensive training when you start. You will learn about the bank's services, the bespoke IT systems and, of course, how to handle calls. What you'll need to succeedIn order to be successful, experience in a customer service role is essential with strong communication skills. Problem-solving skills and an ability to work well under pressure would be an advantage to you. If you have great communication and organisational skills and can work on your own initiative, then this is the role for you
