Senior Quality Lead

We're seeking a talented Senior Quality Engineer to lead quality initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will drive continuous improvement, support new product introduction (NPI), oversee validations, and maintain an effective quality management system.
This role will involve mentoring engineers, managing audits, collaborating with project teams to deliver safe high-quality medical devices. You'll be responsible for driving compliance and achieving companies' quality objectives.
You'll play a key role in supporting the implementation of NPI processes and systems enhancing quality efficiency. Your focus will be on driving continuous improvement consistently delivering safe effective products;
