You'll shape how the world sees MachineLab — from digital content and trade presence to the condition of our factory floor the moment a client walks in.You will also build and manage our international agent network, grow our Agent Portal, and drive monthly lead targets from the website and campaigns.If you love combining creative direction with operational discipline — and you're not afraid to enforce standards on uniforms, signage, and vehicles — this is your stage.Key Responsibilities1) Brand Leadership & MarketingDefine and deliver MachineLab's brand strategy, visual identity, and tone of voice across all channels.Plan and execute content calendars (LinkedIn, website, YouTube, newsletters) that highlight our engineering, projects, and culture.Produce/oversee technical collateral: product sheets, case studies, launch packs, video, and photo assets.Maintain a consistent design system and branded templates for proposals, quotes, slide decks, and trade materials.Lead campaign planning for product launches, hiring drives, and major announcements.2) Presentation & Company Standards (On-Site Image)Ensure factory, offices, demo areas, and visitor routes are always presentation-ready.Enforce branded clothing and PPE standards; coordinate ordering and compliance with team leads.Maintain signage, wayfinding, and safety visuals to a premium standard.Oversee vehicle/vans presentation (cleanliness, livery, decals) so every touchpoint is on-brand.Coordinate readiness for client visits, audits, video shoots, and open days.3) Partnerships, Agents & International ExpansionManage and expand MachineLab's international agents/distributors network.Identify and onboard new agents in target countries, aligned to growth priorities.Build and maintain a centralized Agent Portal with:latest product data, datasheets, CAD renders, and videobrand guidelines and sales toolkitsdeal registration, lead handover, and training resourcesRun regular agent enablement (webinars, content drops, campaigns).Represent MachineLab at trade shows and partner meetings; support stand design and logistics.4) Demand Generation & ReportingOwn monthly website lead targets and MQL definitions; track pipeline contribution.Manage SEO/SEM, landing pages, and conversion paths; coordinate with web developers as needed.Establish and report KPIs: traffic, engagement, MQLs/SQLs, campaign ROI, partner performance.Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking; brief leadership with insights and actions.Run A/B tests on messaging, offers, and creative to continuously improve performance.5) Governance, Process & CultureCreate and enforce brand guidelines (logo use, imagery, voice, compliance).Implement asset management and version control for media and documents.Introduce checklists for visit readiness (factory standards, visitor packs, demo scripts).Collaborate with Engineering to translate complex systems into clear, accurate stories.Ideal CandidateTechnical storyteller with a designer's eye and a strategist's brain.Hands-on operator who will walk the floor, fix signage, and chase uniforms — not just write plans.Commercially minded, comfortable with targets, funnels, and ROI.Credible with engineers, able to convert technical detail into compelling content without losing accuracy.Requirements5+ years in brand/marketing and/or partnerships within engineering, manufacturing, or B2B tech.Portfolio showing digital, print, and video execution with measurable impact.Experience managing agents/distributors or international channels is a strong advantage.Proficiency with digital tools (Adobe/Canva, CMS, CRM/marketing automation, analytics).Excellent organization, copy, and project management; calm under deadlines.Comfortable enforcing standards and giving clear, constructive direction.Success Metrics (First 6–12 Months)Brand system live: updated guidelines, templates, and asset library in use.Factory & field standards: visible uplift in presentation; audit checklist adopted.Agent Portal: launched with active engagement and monthly content cadence.Coverage growth: X new agents onboarded in priority countries; enablement complete.Lead targets: sustained month-on-month growth in qualified inbound leads and conversion.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:Bike to work schemeCompany eventsOn-site parkingAbility to commute/relocate:Wexford, CO.
