Diploma/Degree in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (Preferably in Aviation related)


Experience:

10 Years of Experience in the industry


Roles and Responsibilities:

* Perform detailed inspections on aircraft, focusing on B737CL, B737NG, B757, and B767 models, and other specified aircraft types as required.
* Validate and verify certificates and documentation necessary for Part 66 License, Human Factors Training, EWIS Training, Fuel Tank Safety, and other relevant certifications.
* Provide proof of experience through logbooks, ERP system printouts, and other documentation, demonstrating a minimum of six months of certified base maintenance experience in the prior two years.
* Obtain and maintain Part 66 License, Passport, and Part 147 type training certificates for each aircraft type to be authorized at the client's facility.
* Present a comprehensive CV, along with documented proof of apprenticeship or foundation papers confirming initial aerospace training.
* Collaborate with QA Manager to secure a Recency Letter validating the candidate's maintenance experience.
* Submit a current Approval document from an EASA Part 145 organization.
* Participate in interviews, trade testing, and competence assessments to ensure technical knowledge aligns with the organization's requirements.
* Coordinate and undergo additional training, including Delamination Coin Tapping Inspection Training and MOE training, as provided by the client upon acceptance for employment.
* Complete Approvals Boards on each aircraft type for authorization, including questions on the client's MOE processes.
* Ensure compliance with client-specific processes and regulations during the entire authorization process.


Skills Required:

* Valid EASA Part 66 License.
* Human Factors Training Certification.
* EWIS Training Certification (TG Group 1 & 2 Modules A to F).
* Fuel Tank Safety Certification (Appendix IV).
* Six months certified base maintenance experience in the prior two years.
* Approval document from an EASA Part 145 organization.
* Part 147 type training certificates for relevant aircraft types.
* Up-to-date CV and proof of apprenticeship/foundation papers.
* Competence assessment record from a remote Teams interview with a B1/B2.
