Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Cost Management Lead to join our team. The role will be responsible for managing a wide range of projects, from private and public sector initiatives, while leading project teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage full cost management services for all project stages, including leadership of in-house teams, contract administration, procurement, client relationship management, development and implementation of strategic cost management solutions, and liaison with team members.
* Lead project teams in delivering high-quality results and meeting project objectives.
* Ensure effective cost control, budgeting, and financial planning to meet business goals.
* Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing project team to achieve project goals.
Requirements:
* RICS/SCSI Chartered status or equivalent.
* 10+ years' experience in relevant fields, preferably in a senior leadership role.
* Strong IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Excellent report writing and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritize tasks effectively, and allocate resources efficiently.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues promptly.
