Product Manager Attractive Salary + Bonus + Benefits Hybrid - Kilkenny Office (3 Days Onsite) Are you a commercially minded Product Manager who enjoys bringing new products to market and shaping category strategy? A market-leading B2 B and e-commerce brand in the bathroom products sector is creating a new Product Manager role with real influence across product development, pricing, and commercial performance.
Working closely with commercial, estimating, and sales teams, you will help identify market opportunities, support new product launches, and drive category growth across the portfolio.

The Role Develop into the internal expert across a range of showering products.
Support new product introduction from concept through to market launch.
Monitor competitor activity and identify market opportunities.
Take ownership of OEM and tender proposals, including bespoke product solutions.
Conduct pricing, margin, and breakeven analysis to support commercial decisions.
Support portfolio management, category strategy, and product lifecycle planning.
Gather market insights through trade visits and customer engagement.
Communicate technical and commercial insights to internal stakeholders.
Represent the brand at trade events and customer meetings across the UK and Ireland.
What We're Looking For Experience in product or category management within a B2 B or trade-focused environment.
Strong commercial understanding of pricing, margins, and trading agreements.
Excellent analytical skills with strong Excel capability.
Confident communicator who can influence internal stakeholders.
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects.
Experience supporting new product development and lifecycle management.
Exposure to PIM systems or product data management would be beneficial.
Experience in bathroom, construction, or consumer durables would be advantageous.
