Job Details: Tax & Technical Administrator

Utmost is hiring a Tax and Technical Administrator on a 12 month fixed-term basis onsite in our Dublin office.

The Tax & Technical Administrator is responsible for ensuring the timely and effective delivery of annual CRS & FATCA reporting requirements across the various product lines. Secondary to this, they will also assist in the delivery of strategic projects and improvements from a Customer Operations viewpoint.

Key Responsibilities:

* Support the annual CRS & FATCA reporting.
* Support CRS & FATCA process changes and enhancements.
* Support Tax and Regulatory Reporting in line with various jurisdiction deadlines.
* Use initiative for problem solving and identification of improvement measures.
* Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience.
* Ensure adherence to policies and procedures across the various products and Business Lines.
* Embrace a risk-aware mindset and ensure any issues/risks identified are reported in a timely manner.
* Complete all tasks in a manner cognizant of the following measures: End to end timelines, First point resolution, Removal of waste, Customer effort, Costs.
* Maintain and develop relationships with all key stakeholders such as Change, Service Improvements, IT, and Tax.

Key Requirements:

* An understanding of CRS & FATCA reporting requirements is desirable.
* Previous Life office experience is desirable but not essential.
* A deep understanding of the risk and compliance environment.
* Proven track record of delivering best practices in operational process and service delivery.
* Strong customer focus with a proven track record of implementing market-leading service improvements.
* Determined and focused individual with strong time management and analytical skills.
* A track record of constantly looking for ways to improve processes and an excellent understanding of the mechanisms necessary to successfully implement change.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while displaying strong attention to detail.
* Service-focused individual.
* Ability to work in a team, on own initiative, and to plan and organise workloads effectively to meet deadlines.
* Curious and ambitious, willing to propose thought-provoking and innovative ideas.
