Overview
The Pokémon Company International is a subsidiary of The Pokémon Company in Japan, managing the Pokémon brand outside Asia, including brand management, licensing, marketing, the Pokémon Trading Card Game, the animated TV series, home entertainment, and the official Pokémon website. This role focuses on supporting and scaling the global e-commerce business for our leading entertainment brand.
Responsibilities
 * Lead multiple global e-commerce initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and quality standards.
 * Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of projects spanning digital platforms, operations, and activations.
 * Take ownership of ongoing projects, stepping in seamlessly to maintain continuity.
 * Partner with global stakeholders across production, merchandising, marketing, logistics, customer service, and external vendors.
 * Communicate project status, risks, and key milestones clearly to executive and operational stakeholders.
 * Serve as the central hub for process documentation, timelines, and updates across teams.
 * Manage dependencies across global markets, balancing priorities for e-commerce and physical activations.
 * Lead or support RFI/RFP processes with vendors, ensuring clarity of requirements and smooth execution.
 * Deliver regular reporting, feedback, and process improvement recommendations.
Qualifications
 * 7–10 years of program or senior project management experience, preferably in retail, e-commerce, or consumer brands.
 * Strong track record of driving complex, multi‑stakeholder projects across geographies.
 * Experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management is highly desirable.
 * Familiarity with technical project management, digital integrations, and e-commerce platforms.
 * Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to influence at all levels.
 * Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; comfortable navigating ambiguity.
 * Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Workfront, Asana).
 * Bachelor’s degree in Program/Project Management, Operations, Retail Management, or equivalent work experience.

Compensation
Base salary range: €81,800 – €97,000 per year. Full range: €81,800 – €122,700 per year, based on qualifications and experience.
