The Quality Assurance Manager will ensure that all processes and products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. Responsibilities include overseeing the implementation of quality systems, conducting inspections, analysing performance data, leading audits, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance operational excellence. The role also involves driving continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring adherence to company and regulatory requirements.ResponsibilitiesEffectively managing Quality Assurance of retrofit projects ensuring safety standards and compliance with industry standards.Develop, implement and maintain quality management systems in compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.Conduct audits, inspections and risk assessments of retrofit projects.Communicate and collaborate with project management teams to ensue quality standards are integrated into project planning and execution.
