Job Opportunity: HR Specialist
The position of Senior HR Generalist is available for an experienced professional who will contribute to the development and delivery of our company's human resources policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
* Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, identifying areas for improvement in internal processes and contributing to a positive company culture.
* Support supervisors and managers with employee relations, conduct fair and consistent disciplinary actions and grievances, and promote a safe working environment.
* Manage payroll and reporting systems, support the Talent Acquisition team, and lead recruitment processes from start to finish.
* Develop best practices to reduce absenteeism, improve performance management, and enhance employee engagement.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2-4 years' experience in training and HR roles within a manufacturing environment, with excellent knowledge of HR processes, systems, and personnel.
* HR qualification or CIPD certification.
* Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Suite and Workday.
* Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and senior leadership teams, influencing change and improving processes.
