We are a fast-growing group with expanding operations across Ireland, Portugal, the US, and China. Beyond letting, we are diversifying into international importing, retail, and B2B home goods.We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Property Manager to join our Dublin 1 team and help us provide high-quality service to our tenants.Your Daily ResponsibilitiesTenant Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for customer service inquiries and tenant support.Property Maintenance: Regularly update and document property conditions to ensure high standards are maintained.Project Management: Coordinate with suppliers and maintenance teams to ensure repairs are completed efficiently.Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, professional bonds with both clients and service providers.Who We Are Looking ForLanguage Skills: Fluent English is required.
