Key Responsibilities:

* People: Support recruitment, development, and performance management of site teams.
* Client Relations: Maintain strong client relationships, attend review meetings, and ensure satisfaction.
* Finance: Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to protect company profit.
* Growth & Strategy: Identify new opportunities, support business development, and contribute to strategic plans like Fresh Food from Scratch.
* Compliance & Safety: Champion health, safety, and cleanliness standards, ensuring all statutory requirements are met.
* Business Improvement: Provide feedback, drive innovation, and lead continuous improvement efforts.
Requirements:
* Strong interpersonal and team leadership skills
* Commercial awareness and good financial understanding
* Excellent communication and client relationship abilities
* Proven experience in operations, compliance, and people management
* Ability to influence, problem solve, and drive results
