About the Role:
This position requires residential Social Care Workers to provide person-centred planning, promote independence, and contribute to the day-to-day running of the service.
Key Requirements:
* A minimum Level 7 Qualification in Social Care or relevant
* A clear understanding of person-centred care and keyworking
* Working knowledge of HIQA policies and procedures
* Working knowledge of Children's First guidelines and procedures
* A full clean manual driving license
