Regional Manager - Person Centred Services and Supports
This role is a key appointment in our organization, responsible for supporting the operational leadership team in the delivery of person-centred services and supports.
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the achievement of our vision by providing truly person-centred and inclusive supports and services.
1. A minimum of Level 8 qualification on the QQI Framework in Health/ Social Care or equivalent in a relevant area.
2. Four years management experience including financial and staff management, in a person focused organization.
3. An up-to-date valid work permission and eligibility to work in Ireland at time of application.
4. Experience managing and delivering health and social care person centred services and supports.
5. The ability to enable individuals live independent lives connected with their communities through excellent interpersonal communication skills facilitating teamwork across various groups within society!
