Key Responsibilities

* Manage a diverse portfolio of multinational and corporate clients.

* Collaborate with Aon Account Brokers on renewal negotiations, policy coverage, and large losses.

* Develop and execute financial reports to supervise claims management performance and identify market opportunities for client growth.

Requirements

This is a challenging role that requires:

* At least 5-10 years of relevant claims handler experience, handling large portfolios including liability personal injury claims.
">
* Proven ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
">
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively and complete tasks within deadlines.
">
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
">
* CIP qualification, ideally with a view to progressing towards the MDI/ACII qualification.
