Our client, a global leader in medical technology, is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to join their expanding Pharmacy Automation team. This team is focused on developing advanced solutions including robotic systems, packaging and dispensing technologies, and enterprise software to improve medication management across healthcare settings.This role is suited to an experienced engineer with a strong background in systems engineering, electromechanical integration, and product development within regulated environments.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine, design, and verify complex systems integrating hardware and software componentsDerive product requirements from user needs and develop high-level system specificationsConduct risk assessments including dFMEA and contribute to hazard analysisLead verification and validation activities, including protocol development and reportingCollaborate with cross-functional teams across mechanical, software, reliability, and quality engineeringSupport transition from R&D to manufacturing and provide field troubleshooting expertiseApply Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) and product development best practicesDevelop subsystem workflow logic and contribute to theory of operation documentationLiaise with quality and reliability functions to support compliance and testingCandidate ProfileBachelors degree in Engineering or ScienceMinimum 6 years experience in systems engineering, medical device design, or roboticsProven experience in requirements management, systems integration, and testingSkilled in experimental design, data analysis, and statistical methodsFamiliarity with DFSS, dFMEA, and design control processes (Agile or Waterfall)Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional, global teamsExperience in outpatient, retail, or central pharmacy environments is a plusJob Type: Full-timePay: €60,000.00-€70,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
