**About the Role**
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of industrial fluid solutions across a nationwide territory. The ideal candidate will have experience selling to industrial end-users, with a strong commercial mindset and high levels of self-motivation.
* Manage and develop existing relationships with maintenance managers, engineers, and procurement teams in various sectors such as manufacturing, metalworking, marine, pharmaceutical, and food and beverage.
* Sell the company's full portfolio of industrial fluid solutions through solution-led selling and identify new business opportunities.
* Develop strategic plans to drive sales growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
**Key Requirements**
* At least 2 years of sales experience in the industrial sector, preferably with oils, lubricants, coolants, or similar industrial consumables.
* A proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Highly motivated and results-driven individual with excellent problem-solving skills.
