Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Consultant, you will:
* Lead the end‑to‑end design of complex Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll solutions.
* Act as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding strategic direction and best practice.
* Oversee and quality‑assure configuration, documentation, and functional deliverables.
* Mentor, coach, and support junior and mid‑level consultants within the practice.
* Drive pre‑sales activities, including:
o High‑impact demos
o Shaping solutions, scope, and proposals
o Providing authoritative advice on Oracle Cloud Payroll capabilities and roadmaps
* Facilitate advanced design workshops and translate requirements into scalable solutions.
* Collaborate closely with technical, integration, and project delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes.
Qualifications
Essential Experience (You Will Have)
* Extensive experience in Oracle Cloud HCM – Payroll, ideally across multiple full‑cycle implementations.
* Deep functional knowledge and configuration expertise, including:
o Fast Formula
o Element design
o Payroll process flows
o Calculation cards
* Strong workshop leadership and solution documentation skills.
* Confident in pre‑sales, bid support, and client‑facing discussions.
* OTBI reporting and/or SQL competency.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Desirable Experience (You will have)
* Experience in complementary HCM modules:
o Absence Management
o Benefits
o Compensation Workbench
* Experience defining standards, methodologies, or accelerators within a Cloud practice.
