Residential Operations Leader
The Residential Operations Leader oversees the day-to-day functions of a large residential complex.
* Fosters effective occupancy management, check-in and check-out processes, and addresses resident inquiries in a timely manner.
* Evaluates health, safety, and building compliance to ensure regulatory requirements are met.
* Cordinates maintenance, cleaning, and contractor activities to maintain the overall quality of living spaces.
* Provides guidance and support to staff to uphold high service standards.
* Takes a proactive approach in supporting residents, resolving issues promptly, and fostering a sense of community.
Necessary Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Residential Operations Leader or in property/hospitality management.
* Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and communication skills to effectively manage teams.
* Proficiency in IT for tracking incidents, payments, and maintenance operations.
* A background in finance is beneficial for budgeting and cost management.
* Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities efficiently.
* Understanding of student needs and well-being.
