Senior HR Executive (Maternity Cover) Location: Cork | Full-time | Fixed-term We are recruiting for an experienced Senior HR Executive to lead the day-to-day HR function for a leading retail business during a maternity leave period.
This standalone role is supported by a HR Assistant and reports directly to the Managing Director.
You will provide full-spectrum HR support across both head office and retail operations.
Key Responsibilities Lead HR operations and advise senior leadership on strategy and compliance Manage employee relations, disciplinary processes, and performance issues Ensure compliance with Irish and NI employment legislation Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and contract management Support managers with reviews, training, and retention plans Maintain accurate, GDPR-compliant records and manage HR systems (e.g.
