Financial Manager Position
Our organization is seeking a seasoned Financial Controller to take on a key role in our operations. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional financial management skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Key Responsibilities:
* Establish contact with customers for payment and pursue until settlement is made.
* Communicate with representatives when accounts become overdue or reach credit limits.
* Participate in regular debtors meetings with the manager and sales team to review accounts.
* Analyze and collate weekly/monthly reports.
* Open new accounts, verify trade references, and obtain credit reference agency reports.
* Process overcharge credits and resolve customer disputes/queries.
* Manage administrative duties and complete paperwork for small claims.
Essential Qualifications:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in financial management.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including an accounting computer system.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
* Exceptional attention to detail.
