This is a hands-on supervisory role, ensuring the day-to-day housekeeping operations are delivered to the highest standards while providing exceptional guest service at all times.The successful candidate will support the Accommodation Manager in maintaining hotel standards, supervising team members, and ensuring full compliance with quality, health & safety, and hygiene requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Service & QualityEnsure all guests receive a warm, friendly and professional service at all timesAnticipate guest needs and resolve queries or issues promptly and efficientlyMaintain and enhance hotel quality standards and service promisesActively contribute to guest satisfaction scores and quality auditsOperational & Supervisory DutiesSupervise daily housekeeping operations, including guest rooms and public areasEnsure all rooms and areas are cleaned, checked and maintained to agreed standardsCarry out daily room inspections and complete departmental checklistsSupport the training, coaching and induction of new team membersHold daily team briefings to ensure effective communicationStandards, Hygiene & Health & SafetyEnsure compliance with hotel SOPs, hygiene standards and health & safety regulationsReport accidents, incidents or maintenance issues promptlyEnsure equipment, trolleys and storage areas are clean, safe and well organisedPromote safe working practices across the departmentTeamwork & FlexibilityFoster positive morale and teamwork within the departmentWork flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays as requiredProvide support to other hotel departments when necessaryThe Ideal CandidatePrevious experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or Senior Housekeeping Assistant (hotel environment essential)Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanlinessExcellent communication and leadership skillsAbility to motivate, train and support a teamStrong knowledge of health & safety and hygiene standardsFlexible, reliable and guest-focusedRight to work in Ireland on a FULL TIME basisBenefits IncludeOpportunities for training and career progression within a leading hotel groupDiscounted hotel room rates at Tifco Hotel Group properties and partners.Cycle to work scheme.Competitive salary based on experience.If you'd like to work with us, then apply today because we'd love to meet youSkillsPunctuality Attention to detail Diligent
