A snapshot of your key responsibilities as Junior Project Manager would be:
* Tracking progress against the merge and name change project.
* Setting up and leading weekly status update calls.
* Documenting meeting minutes and action items.
* Updating the RAID log and tracking key risks and issues.
* Coordinating with stakeholders across six countries.
* Ensuring visibility on progress and blockers to all key stakeholders.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in project management or coordination.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Familiarity with project management software and reporting tools.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
Nice to Have:
* Experience working in international project environments.
* Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
