Overview
The Cyber Security Team is responsible for ensuring efficient cyber operations across the organisation, monitoring and implementing security controls and capabilities, and supporting security design activities, ensuring alignment to leading industry, legal and regulatory standards and requirements. The team play a key role in embedding IT security practices across Uisce Éireann processes, procedures and culture and acts as subject matter expert for the Head of IT, on all IT security related matters and issues across the enterprise.
Responsibilities
* Reporting to the Security Architecture Manager, the Security Delivery Architect is responsible for ensuring that the Uisce Éireann cyber strategy is implemented effectively via appropriate security architecture frameworks and standards.
* Embed IT security as part of Uisce Éireann’s work processes, procedures, architecture, and company culture.
* Provide guidance to the wider IT/OT team in relation to the effective use of technology systems and applications.
* Demonstrate strong understanding of IT/OT, excellent analytical and conceptual skills, as well as the ability to demonstrate high personal impact and influence to build and maintain strong and trusted relationships to deliver sustainable success.
