Regional Operations Manager
Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational strategy, execution, and performance within their geographical region. This role involves leading regional operations, overseeing Senior Operations Managers, and ensuring customer success, operational efficiency, and scalability across the territory.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own the operational strategy for the region, aligning local execution with global priorities
* Lead and manage Senior Operations Managers and their teams, ensuring project success, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence
* Define regional KPIs and performance metrics, ensuring consistent tracking, reporting, and accountability
* Partner with the VP of Operations to translate company-wide strategic goals into actionable regional initiatives
* Oversee all capacity and resource planning within the region, balancing customer demand with available resources
* Act as the ultimate point of escalation for regional operational and customer challenges, providing direction and resolution
* Ensure consistency of operational standards, processes, and documentation across the region, while adapting to local requirements
* Drive continuous improvement and innovation in regional operations, identifying opportunities for efficiency, automation, and best practice adoption
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will require a strong track record of senior leadership experience, preferably in regional operations or solutions delivery. You must have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at executive levels.
Desirable Skills:
* Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
* Experience with enterprise software deployments, networking, containerization, and automation
* Knowledge of project management software, including Microsoft 365, Jira, and Teamwork
* Strong collaboration and partnership skills
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills
* A relevant degree qualification is preferred, as well as a Project Management qualification (Prince2, PMP etc.)
