You will gain hands-on experience across cost management, commercial delivery, and project financials, contributing to the successful delivery of a diverse range of projects. Responsibilities Assist in managing project costs and preparing detailed financial reports Support the procurement and administration of subcontractor and supplier packages Prepare monthly progress accounts, valuations, and supporting documentation Assist with budgeting, cost monitoring, and cashflow forecasting Work collaboratively with project teams to identify risks and maintain accurate commercial records Contribute to tender preparation, measurement, and bill-of-quantities activities Provide ad-hoc commercial and administrative support to senior surveyors as required Qualifications Level 8 degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent Required Skills Experience gained with a Tier 1 contractor or subcontractor (advantageous) Strong IT proficiency (MS Office essential; estimating/measurement software beneficial) Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Highly organised with strong attention to detail Ability to work effectively within a team and manage workload under pressure Full, clean drivers license Skills: Quantity Surveying
