About The Role
You will join the Claims Audit Platform (CAP) product and technology team within Payment Integrity, responsible for driving the end to end delivery of a large-scale, multi year platform transformation.
CAP is a strategic platform consolidating multiple legacy systems into a single, configurable solution spanning data ingestion, analytics, workflow, and reporting across various audit use cases.
The CAP team operates at the center of a highly complex delivery ecosystem partnering closely with Product Management, Engineering, Clinical Operations, Analytics, and Enterprise Technology.
As a Technical PM on this team, you will help orchestrate execution across multiple CAP stack teams, manage cross program dependencies, align roadmaps and milestones, and ensure delivery stays tightly connected to both platform strategy and operational outcomes.
This role sits in a highly visible, matrixed environment where technical program leadership, disciplined execution, and proactive risk management are critical.
The team values solid ownership, clear communication, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while balancing near-term delivery pressures with long-term platform scalability and modernization goals.
Careers with Optum offer flexible work arrangements and individuals who live and work in the Republic of Ireland will have the opportunity to split their monthly work hours between our Dublin or Letterkenny office and telecommuting from a home-based office in a hybrid work model.
