IT Support/Facilities Lead
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Support/Facilities professional to join our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our IT and facilities needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle technical issues promptly and efficiently, providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
* Manage IT infrastructure and support ticket system, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
* Facilitate new hire onboarding and provide comprehensive IT training, empowering team members to succeed in their roles.
* Coordinate facilities maintenance and vendor relations, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
* Oversee inventory management and office logistics, optimizing resources and minimizing waste.
* Drive continuous improvement in IT and facilities operations, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing innovative solutions.
* Maintain accurate documentation and provide regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Requirements:
* 2-3 years of IT support experience, with a strong understanding of IT infrastructure and support ticket systems.
* Facilities management experience preferred, but not required.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and work independently.
* Proficiency in Office 365 and Microsoft Azure services, with a strong understanding of cloud-based technologies.
* A valid full driver's license is required, with a clean driving record.
