Job Title
You will be responsible for utilizing scientific principles to provide data and analytical support in our organization.
A typical day may include gathering requirements from users, evaluating existing systems, providing guidance on the utilization of potential new data architecture and infrastructure, interfacing with various departments across the business, analyzing data sources, collating data, and preparing documentation in support of testing and validation activities.
You will also run quality system events pertaining to data integrity and management such as investigations, CAPAs, and change controls, troubleshoot computer systems, develop solutions to technical issues using critical thinking skills and process analysis, present project status and team metrics during cross-functional meetings and to upper management.
The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, logical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, ability to communicate effectively with multiple partners, strong mathematics and statistical skills enabling you to analyze complex data, and enjoyment working in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in mathematics or statistics, or related field, with 5+ years' experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Experience in biopharmaceutical cGMP manufacturing setting is an advantage.
