Job Description
We seek a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team in this full-time position. The ideal candidate is a team player with excellent customer service skills, who is also adaptable and flexible. Previous experience in real estate, property management/leasing, hotel management, or accounting is beneficial.

Key Responsibilities
* Maintenance and Property Beautification: Oversee and work with maintenance staff to ensure the property's aesthetic appeal, demonstrating a willingness to be hands-on.
* Rent Collection and Enforcement: Collect current and delinquent rents while enforcing rules and standards of occupancy.
* Resident Relations and Support: Resolve resident complaints, welcome new residents, and provide exceptional customer service.
* Leasing and Move-Ins/Move-Outs: Leasing, move-ins, move-outs, show homes for sale/rent, and coordinate on-site operations.
* Facilitating Resident Moves: Negotiate leases, collect security deposits, and process applications to ensure seamless moves.
Requirements
* Technical Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and internet use.
* Experience: Minimum two years of residential property management experience required.
* Licenses and Background: Valid driver's license, mandatory background check, and eligibility to work in the United States necessary.
* Communication and Sales: Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written), works comfortably in a fast-paced environment, and possesses sales and management skills.
* Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
