Customer Service & Operations Administrator Location: Citywest, Dublin 24 (Ireland) Start: Late April / Early May We're hiring on behalf of a fast-growing UK aesthetics pharmaceutical provider expanding into Ireland.
This role is perfect for someone organised, detail-driven, and confident running day-to-day operations in a small but growing environment.
Ideal for someone who enjoys a varied role combining customer service, administration, and light operational support What you'll do: Support aesthetic clinics and practitioners with orders, queries, and onboarding Manage customer qualification checks and delivery updates Liaise with a partner logistics team on pick/pack/dispatch Maintain accurate records on Salesforce (full training provided) Assist with light pick-and-pack tasks when required Uphold quality standards in line with HPRA (training provided) willing to support operational tasks when required What we're looking for: Strong customer service & admin experience Excellent attention to detail and organisation Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working independently Great phone manner and communication skills Adaptable and willing to support operational tasks when required Experience in healthcare/pharma/regulated environments is a bonus A brilliant opportunity to join a growing international business and take ownership of Irish operations.
