Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Credit Agricole. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects within the company.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Project Planning and Management
o Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress in line with industry best practices.
o Coordinate internal resources and third parties to ensure flawless execution of projects.
o Manage resource availability and allocation.
o Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
* Regulatory Compliance
o Stay abreast of regulatory changes and trends within the industry as part of the Compliance team.
o Liaise with regulatory bodies to ensure all projects comply with necessary regulations and standards.
o Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including compliance reports and audits.
* Stakeholder Engagement
o Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders, including team members, management, and external partners.
o Engage with and keep up to date CACI's Project Management team on the status of projects and material issues/blockers.
o Schedule and lead project meetings to report on progress, risks, and solutions.
o Build and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
* Risk Management
o Perform risk management analysis to minimize project risks.
o Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
o Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
* Quality Assurance
o Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
o Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
o Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
