We're seeking an experienced and highly organisedReservations & Office Managerto oversee the daily operations of our busy head office, supporting reservations and events. This full-time role is central to ensuring smooth communication, efficient administration, and seamless coordination across our teams.What You'll DoManage the day-to-day running of the office, ensuring systems, processes, and resources are well organised.Handle & delegate all reservations within the team across 9 RestaurantsManage the reservations team with reporting, scheduling, and general administration.Oversee office communications, handling phone, email, and correspondence with professionalism and efficiency.Liaise with senior management, chefs, accounts, and operations teams to ensure smooth workflows and accurate record-keeping.Maintain office systems (including reservations software and databases), ensuring information is up to date and compliant.Coordinate all logistics for events in conjuction with clientsAssist with HR administration including onboarding, rotas, and staff records.Manage relationships with suppliers, agencies, and service providers.About YouProven experience in office management, administration, or a coordination role (hospitality background a plus but not essential).Strong organisational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.Confident communicator with the ability to liaise across multiple teams.Comfortable using reservations or CRM systems (7Rooms/OpenTable experience an advantage).Ability to work proactively and independently in a fast-paced environment.Why Join Us?At Oliver Dunne Restaurants, we pride ourselves on creating unforgettable dining experiences.
