Parker Stewart are delighted to partner with a highly innovative software company to hire a Back End Developer on a permanent basis. This will be a hybrid role based in Dublin city.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for a Back End Developer with strong web application development and maintenance experience build with the software stack. Expertise of building back-end web applications using NodeJS, Express and SQL is key to this role, along with being an additional advantage, as you will be working closely with front-end React in-house developers. Agile methodology experience is highly sought after for this role, along with Docker, VM's and AWS being a distinct advantage.
What will you be doing?
You will be part of a team who are responsible for developing and supporting domain web applications for the organisation and their clients. You will collaborate with European developments teams, work directly on future requirements for the customers, and building and maintain web applications based of mission-critical requirements.
Requirements & Responsibilities:
* Bachelors Degree in Computer Science (or equivalent)
* Excellent experience in web application development and maintenance using stack - must have
* Relational database expertise, MSQL specifically
* Agile methodology expertise
* Knowledge of JSON, XML, TypeScript,
* Excellent communicator, strong teamwork skills and a driven attitude
